This website is operated by Finishing Touches by Caitlin Krumm. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Finishing Touches by Caitlin Krumm. Finishing Touches by Caitlin Krumm offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Terms of Service applied to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1.)*Please note* It is important to note when commissioning OR purchasing artwork you are paying for the artists interpretation. This interpretation will vary and may not be exactly what you visioned. By sending payment you agree and accept these terms and understand you are paying for the artists interpretation.
2.) CK (Artist) is approved to photograph original works to be added in the existing print collections for online sales only and CK retains 100% of online sales. Designs shall be used solely for CK print collections or items carrying the design under CK line. CK agrees to prevent, pursue and halt any unauthorized use of the design not purchased through CK including, but not limited to, use of the design on; t-shirts, additional sized prints, posters, postcards, magnets, greeting cards, coaster, etc. "Trendy Buffalo" designs/prints are included but not limited to copyright laws.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
